Writing a Business Plan


Here is a simple business plan outline that you can use to write your own business plan.

1) Company Description - company history, start up plans, ect...
2) Product or Service - What are you selling, or what service do you provide? How does your product benefit the customer?
3) Market Analysis - Be sure to research your market and know your competitors.
4) Strategy - Be specific, include dates, budgets, responsibilities.
5) Web Plan - If you have a website, include development costs, server costs, information about the website.
6) Management Team - List your team members and their duties.
7) Financial Analysis - Include your projected profit and losses.
8) Executive Summary - Write a page or so of highlights.

Just do the best you can, and research some of the topics. After your done, look over it, edit it, and organize everything!
