Make money cleaning houses! Alot of people start these types of business, but alot of them go out of business quickly! One thing some people don't understand, no matter what type of service you are offering, you must treat it like a business and act professional. It may be money on the side to you, but to your clients you are a professional that they are paying to have a service done. You must respect the customer and their property or you will never be successful in any small business.

We will start off with the benefits of a cleaning business.

4. Get paid daily
5. Always room for growth

You can make money quickly cleaning houses, get paid daily, weekly, monthly...whatever the client prefers. Your hours may have to rotate around your clients, but you should be able to make them work for you too. The start up cost for a cleaning business is so cheap, you will wonder why you haven't thought of it before! If you are a home owner, or rent an apartment, or in other words...if you do your own house cleaning at home, then you already have all the supplies you need!

6. chemicals..or if you want to get real fancy, you can go with all natural cleaning solutions!

How are you going to get the word out about your new cleaning business you may ask? Hmm...

5. Radio Commercial (if you got the $$)
6. Magnetic Signs for the side of your car
7. Window Stickers
8. Website
9. Referral Programs

The possibilities are endless! You can even add on different services, or just charge per room. The going rate per hour is about $15-$20. For small business's or offices you can tack on an additional $5-$10, depending on the business. Other services you could offer would be:

3. Organizing Services
4. Errand Service
5. Real Estate Cleaning
6. Heck, even Car Washing!

Money Making Tip #6 - Errand Runner

In this busy and crazy world we live in, some folks find it hard to save time to run important errands that they have. This could be ordering and picking up a pizza, or running checks to places to pay bills, or maybe picking up the kids at the baby-sitter, or taking them to doctors appointments. Hell, you might as well add taxi service on your business card! 

I know this sounds kind of stupid, but some people with money are stupid. And some people, mostly the older generations, aren't getting around like they used to be..and need help. So your target customers would be rich busy people, or senior citizens. First thing I would do is advertise in the local newspaper. All senior citizens read the newspapers...I mean the "actual" newspapers. You won't find them using a computer the way we do. Different times, different ways of living! 

For the rich people, I would turn to Craigslist. They could be in a meeting, or in there car, or maybe just getting up in the morning. They can always be found surfing their iPhones, or Blackberrys, Androids....And they still like to get good deals like everyone else. They are most likely going to check out Craigslist.
